This package covers life's major milestones, with eight weekly guided phone interviews, fully customisable questionnaire and inspiration prompts, editing, proofing, publication, printing and one hardcover personalised keepsake book, delivered!

WriteMyLife - Signature Package (Phone Interviews) is our basic, all encompassing, trip down memory lane, guided writing experience via phone. Reminiscing prompt questions can be pre-delivered to your email inbox or letter box. Package includes one personalised WriteMyLife hardcover book delivered at the end of publishing.

Package includes eight basic life story questionnaire phone interviews covering birth, childhood, graduation, marriage, career, family, hobbies and more. Customisable writing prompt questions pre-delivered straight to your inbox weekly (8 weeks), or in an Author's Pack delivered to your letter box, to get you inspired and the memories flowing and help you immortalise your life story.

Followed by eight 1 hour (weekly) OR sixteen 30 minute (bi-weekly) scheduled phone interviews for you to tell us your life story. *Customers must consent to their phone interviews being recorded for dictatation and accuracy purposes.

Can be bought for yourself or given as a gift experience for someone else (see our Shop or Gift Cards for gift purchases).
After your last interview WriteMyLife will compile, proof and publish your very own personalised keepsake life storybook.

Standard book included in package - one 19x24cm portrait, hardcover, 170gsm silk pages, perfect bound, upto 69 pages.
Want to write in more depth and detail? No problem… Books can accomodate upto 120 pages. (We will contact you with a customised quote for your additional pages, to approve. Charged after publishing, prior to print.)

*We recommend ordering more books after you receive your first edition. That way you can make updates and edits, if you'd like to, before purchasing additional copies.

If for any reason you are not thrilled with your WriteMyLife purchase, we offer package refunds within 30 days, as long as no books have been printed. Posted packages will be refunded minus the cost of the received Author’s kit. (Author’s Kit prices vary per package.)
Printed books cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have received a faulty (miss bound or misprinted) or damaged item/s please email our customer service team on the following email address: writemylife@write4fun.net.

To ensure quality and so that we can inspect the defective order, we may ask that you provide a few photographs illustrating the defect, prior to receiving a replacement.

Should a refund be granted, book purchases will be refunded minus postage and handling costs.

Monies will be refunded to the same account of original order.

For some issues we may arrange for your order to be remade at no further charge.
Postage and handling costs are included in the package price. (Australia wide only.)
Books are shipped approximately 5 weeks after all transcripts are received from author. Standard shipping estimates for delivery are between 4-14 days.

WML uses reputable and reliable delivery agents for all deliveries of orders and reserves the right to change its nominated delivery agent at any time without prior notice to you.

All orders are professionally handled and packed in dedicated packaging to avoid any damage during delivery. WML is not liable for any loss or damage during delivery.

WML will use its best endeavours to ensure that all Orders are delivered to the delivery address supplied by you within the Estimated Delivery Time. However, you acknowledge that delivery and manufacturing times may vary during peak and holiday seasons and may also vary depending on the size and quantity of the goods included in your order.

You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) the Estimated Delivery Time is an estimate only and is not an essential term of these Terms & Conditions;
(b) any delay in the delivery of an Order does not entitle you to cancel the Order or to a refund of your payment for the Order;
(c) WML is not liable for any delay in delivery, including delay caused by harmful components in the content provided by you, delayed payment by you, an incorrect address supplied by you or any other delays resulting from an event of Force Majeure;
(d) an ‘Authority to Leave’ sticker MAY be placed on the parcel allowing the parcel to be left at your provided address without a signature.
