If you have already ordered a package, please include your order number when purchasing additional book copies.

Add additional copies of your/their life story book to your package order.
(Remember all packages include one copy of their keepsake book, delivered.)
1 additional copy is $59.25. The more copies you order the cheaper each book becomes.

Your happiness with our service and products is very important to us.

If for any reason you are not thrilled with your WriteMyLife purchase, we offer package refunds within 30 days, as long as no books have been printed.
Posted packages will be refunded minus the cost of the received Author’s kit. (Author’s Kit prices may vary per package.)
Printed books cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have received a faulty (miss bound or misprinted) or damaged item/s please email our customer service team on the following email address: writemylife@write4fun.net.

To ensure quality and so that we can inspect the defective order, we may ask that you provide a few photographs illustrating the defect, prior to receiving a replacement.

Should a refund be granted, book purchases will be refunded minus any postage and handling costs.

Monies will be refunded to the same account of original order.

For some issues we may arrange for your order to be remade at no further charge.

Postage and handling costs are included in the package price. (Australia wide only.)
Books are shipped approximately 5 weeks after all transcripts are received from author. Standard shipping estimates for delivery are between 4-14 days.

All copies per order to be sent to the same shipping address. If you would like to send copies to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

WML uses reputable and reliable delivery agents for all deliveries of orders and reserves the right to change its nominated delivery agent at any time without prior notice to you.

All orders are professionally handled and packed in dedicated packaging to avoid any damage during delivery. WML is not liable for any loss or damage during delivery.

WML will use its best endeavours to ensure that all Orders are delivered to the delivery address supplied by you within the Estimated Delivery Time. However, you acknowledge that delivery and manufacturing times may vary during peak and holiday seasons and may also vary depending on the size and quantity of the goods included in your order.

You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) the Estimated Delivery Time is an estimate only and is not an essential term of these Terms & Conditions;
(b) any delay in the delivery of an Order does not entitle you to cancel the Order or to a refund of your payment for the Order;
(c) WML is not liable for any delay in delivery, including delay caused by harmful components in the content provided by you, delayed payment by you, an incorrect address supplied by you or any other delays resulting from an event of Force Majeure;
(d) an ‘Authority to Leave’ sticker MAY be placed on the parcel allowing the parcel to be left at your provided address without a signature.

These products are not licensed for resale, wholesale, or any form of retail or commercial distribution.
We kindly ask that you please don’t resell, reproduce, or distribute these books for commercial purposes, either in print or digital form. They're not intended for business use, and we appreciate you helping us keep them special and unique.

By purchasing, receiving, or using our products, you agree that:

• You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the product for commercial purposes.

• Any commercial use—including but not limited to retail sale, reproduction, or adaptation—is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to take legal action to enforce these terms under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
